Kerrie CliffordKerrie

Kerrie is the Director of Foodservice Operations and a Louisville native. She has been with Winston since 1995 and has held many roles during her tenure, from Sales Admin to Marketing, to Product Management. Kerrie is a results-driven professional who thrives on collaboration, strategic advancement, team member development, and challenging roles. She holds certifications as a Certified Food Service Professional(CFSP) and Stave & Thief Bourbon Steward. In her free time, she enjoys pursuing educational opportunities that support her passion as a bourbon enthusiast, traveling far and wide to sate her love of antiques, and carving out time to be a community advocate for her historic Portland neighborhood.

Martin FordMartin

Martin is the Customer Care Team Leader focusing on technical support. He has been with the company since November 2008, and has held roles in Product Service along with Customer Care. Martin’s experience helps drive the Customer Care team to provide an exceptional experience when working with the Winston Foodservice Division. Martin is an avid sports fan and enjoys golfing in his spare time.


Will is the Customer Care Technical Document Specialist. He joined the Winston team in February 2015 as a Customer Care Specialist. Based on his knowledge and keen attention to detail, Will was promoted in October 2016 to a newly created position focusing on technical documents and critical training materials, to enhance the support provided to our customers. He has a BFA from the University of Oregon. In his free time, he enjoys working in his garden and coaching soccer.


Shiela is a Customer Care Fulfillment Specialist. She joined the Winston family in July 2016. She has been working in the customer service field all of her professional career, which gives her a great understanding of how to provide excellent customer support. Shiela embodies the Winston accountability culture attribute with her ability to develop relationships and quick wit. Outside of work Shiela spends time with her husband and two children.


Jon is a Customer Care Specialist who joined the Winston team in 2017. He has over a decade of experience providing technical support and customer service. In his free time, he enjoys tabletop gaming, extreme ironing, watching television and movies, and spending time with his wife, family, and friends.
